II. Subjects and Methods of Admission

Subjects of admission

Candidates who have graduated from High School or equivalent at the time of admission.

1	Direct Admission	Candidates are eligible for direct admission in the Regulation of Admission of universities and colleges of the Ministry of Education and Training in 2022.
2	According to National High School Graduation Examination scores	Ranked among the Top40 according to the 2022 NHSGE scores (certification on the website http://SchoolRank.fpt.edu.vn according to the data compiled by FPT University and announced after the 2022 NHSGE) and Have NHSGE subject’s cluster’s result is average and above (15*/30 points).
3	According to high school’s GPAs	Ranked among the Top40 according to the high school transcripts in 2022 (certified on http://SchoolRank.fpt.edu.vn).
4	Other methods	4.1. Have an English certificate of TOEFEL iBT of 80 and above or Academic IELTS test score of 6.0 and above or equivalent (for English language program); have a Japanese JLPT certificate of N3 and above (for Japanese Language program); have a certificate of TOPIK Korean language level 4 in the TOPIK II exam (for Korean Language program)
		4.2. Graduates from one of the following programs: APTECH HDSE/ADSE Program (for Information Technology program); ARENA ADIM Program (for Digital Art & Design specialization); BTEC HND Program; FUNIX Software Engineering;
		4.3. Graduated from high school abroad
		4.4. Graduated from other universities
		4.5. Transfer students from universities in the Top1000 in the latest rankings of QS, ARWU and THE or schools with 5-star QS Star for teaching quality
		4.6. Score 90/150 and above in the Competence Assessment of National University, Hanoi, and 670/1200 and above in the Competence Assessment of National University, Ho Chi Minh, in 2022

Priority for the first generation (**)

Ranked among Top50 by SchoolRank in 2022 (certified on http://SchoolRank.fpt.edu.vn) for candidates who are the first generation. When applying for admission, Candidates who are the first generation need to apply for Priority Admission, certified by their parents or local authority, according to the form provided by FPT University.

Note: (**) The first generation: candidate is the first one in s/he family (including parents/ guardian and all siblings) to attend a university.

– Candidates who have not reached the required English level are allowed to enroll in the English preparation program until they are eligible to enter the major program;

– The certificate must be valid.

III. Registration procedures

Registration documents

– Registration form;

– Photocopy/scan of ID card/passport;

– A photocopy/scanned copy of the high school transcript (for the application according to the results of the high school’s GPA) or the certificate of the 2022 NHSGE results (for the application according to the 2022 NHSGE results);

– Certificate of ranking in 2022 according to high school transcripts/ NHSGE results on http://SchoolRank.fpt.edu.vn;

– Photocopies/scans of other documents certifying registration conditions (if any).

– Admission fee: VND 200,000.

The application of registration is only valid when FPT University has received all documents and the registration fee in accordance with regulations.

Priority policy

Priority points for subjects and areas shall comply with the Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Admission schedule

If the quota is met, the University will stop receiving registration documents.

Application for preliminary exam

Application form for FPT University;
01 photocopy or scanned copy of ID;
01 3x4cm photo or a scanned copy of a 3.4 photo;
Registration fee of 200,000VND;
The application is only valid when FPT University has received all documents and the registration fee in accordance with regulations.

IV. Enrollment

Application documents

– Enrollment form;

– 01 3x4cm photo and a scanned copy of a 3.4 photo;

– Certified copy of high school transcript (full 3 years);

– Certified copy of High School Diploma (or temporary High School Graduation Certificate, the original certificate will be submitted after being issued);

– Certified copy of ID card/passport;

– Certified copy of birth certificate;

– Original certificate of the 2022 NHSGE results;

– Certified copies of other diplomas/certificates (if any);

– Fees according to current student financial regulations of FPT University.

The application of enrollment is only valid when FPT University has received all documents and the registration fee in accordance with regulations.
