From June 8-23, 2019, Dr. Pham Hung Quy worked at Purdue University and University of Notre Dame.
He specifically worked on commutative algebra studies with Purdue University professors, Prof. Linquan Ma and Dr.TS. Ilya Smirnov, from June 9 to 15, 2019.
He attended the conference “Communitive Algebra and its Interaction with Algebraic Geometry,” hosted by the University of Notre Dame, from June 16 to 21, 2021.
Professors from prestigious universities such as the University of Berkeley, MIT University, University of Michigan, Cornell University, and the University of Tokyo presented the findings of their studies as well as the most recent developments in commutative algebra and algebraic geometry.
