On July 17, an online seminar on the Google Meet platform was held with the theme “Communication Strategies in the Classroom: An Interactive Approach.” The English Department (FPT Polytechnic, Hanoi), the Office of Scientific Management and International Affairs (FPT University), and the Faculty of Management and Humanities (Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia) jointly organized this event for the first time.
Dr. Ena Bhattacharyya and Dr. Subarna Sivapalan, two professionals in the field of English education at the Faculty of Management and Humanities (Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia), spoke at this seminar.
The sharing session has two objectives for the teachers and lecturers at FPT Polytechnic who directly teach languages:

- Providing opportunities for teachers to consider their methods and areas for improvement in the teaching and learning of basic English communication, and leading to the development of solutions to increase student participation in communication lessons.
- Engaging teachers in active learning strategies that can be applied in FPT Polytechnic to increase student engagement and participation in basic communication English classes.
