With the goal of bringing new and practical experiences to international students in the context of the complicated Covid pandemic in the world, the Remote Internship Program was held by FPT Education Global.
As part of a series of activities to promote the program to the international student community, on June 4, FPT Education Global successfully organized a Workshop to introduce the Remote Internship Program with the participation of students from United International University – UIU (Bangladesh).
Coming to the event, there are Ms. Jennifer Hossain – Assistant Director of the Center for International Affairs & Cooperation (CIAC), and Mr. S.M. Aufi Islam – President, Students’ International Affairs Society (SIAS). Representatives of FPT Education Global Center include Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien – Dean of FPT Education Global and speakers.
The workshop focused on exploring opportunities related to the Remote Internship Program in Vietnam in general and at FPT Education in particular during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the participating students were extremely excited about the cultural experiences, proactive working environment and future opportunities after the speakers’ presentations. The Q&A part also took place excitingly with subjects regarding Vietnamese people, scholarship programs, extracurricular experiences and especially internship companies.
The representative of UIU, Ms. Jennifer shared that the students were quite struggling to find a job position in Bangladesh. Therefore, an internship abroad is one of the best options to make students stand out among other candidates. Working experience during college is always appreciated. “At UIU, when I applied for this position, this opportunity also helped me with experience of working with the organization’s foreign culture. That’s why right now I’m handling all of the global opportunities for our students as well as for our faculty members. I would like to encourage our students to advance this opportunity and I’m really grateful to FPT Edu Global and to the team. So, dear, take this opportunity and try to work with the companies that are offered to you. I believe that you will have a better future”. – Ms. Jennifer Hossain shared after the event.

The Remote Internship Workshop has attracted more than 100 registered students from different majors at UIU. Hopefully, FPT Education Global will have the opportunity to welcome all of you to join the internship program as soon as possible!
