Technology experience activities at FPT is one of the special experiential activities that students can participate in during their study at FPT Education (FPT Edu). This will bring many benefits to the students not only in their learning process but also in the journey of adapting and becoming future digital citizens.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

1. What is technology experience?<\/b><\/p>\n

Technology experience is the process by which students explore, experiment, and practice directly with technology. From there, they can form concepts and skills about technology to make their own analyzes and conclusions about this field, and at the same time, create the ability of applying what they learned into real life.<\/p>\n

2. Why is Experiential learning in technology (ELiT) important?<\/b><\/p>\n

The ELiT is an important \u2018stepping stone\u2019 in the transformation from what students learn in school to applying into real life.This is because the knowledge of technology will not be useful if it can\u2019t be converted into practical skills. This transformation won\u2019t happen if students don\u2019t have the opportunity to learn and experience technology. For that reason, technology experience activities at FPT are also to support this process.<\/p>\n

3. Benefits of ELiT?<\/b><\/p>\n

ELiT helps students to access the latest technologies of the century and expand their knowledge. This is also the first step in the process of becoming a digital citizen, especially for those who are potential in technology. Therefore, the technology experience activities at FPT are the important content in the module curriculum of FPT Education.<\/p>\n

In addition, early access and experiences with modern technologies importantly help students adapt quickly to the development of the 4.0 era. This will support the youth with better starting points and agility in adapting to new technology. In the career race, FPT students will have more advantages to win over other competitors.<\/p>\n

Plus, the time of ELiT in school also trains students to apply tech knowledge to study and work. Many of them can even invent machines to reduce human labor in daily production work. 4. Technology experience activities at FPT<\/b><\/p>\n

In order to support the ELiT,\u00a0FPT Edu has invested and equipped with the most modern and newest technological equipment\u00a0<\/b>for students\u2019 needs in studying. It is not hard to see the information technology rooms equipped with iMac computers for studying processes, AI & IoT Lab rooms with equipment for machine manufacturing, and 3D printing devices by available designs.<\/p>\n

Especially in 2019, FPT University Hanoi Campus is the first educational institution to own the SAP Next-gen lab in the North of Vietnam. This is a technology research lab built by multinational corporation SAP in cooperation with leading universities in the world.<\/p>\n

FPT Techday<\/b>\u00a0is also an annual large-scale technology experience activity in Vietnam organized by FPT Corporation. Accordingly, at FPT Techday, FPT Corporation will introduce to attendees new trends and technologies that help shape and create the future from leading domestic and foreign experts through products presented directly at FPT Techday or through recommendations from experts. At the event, young people attending the event often expressed their interest in new technologies, learned about how it works, and the research process to create products.
