On the afternoon of November 6, 2024, the FPT Leader Talk workshop: “Preparation for Japan’s Workforce” took place at FPT University Hanoi, providing practical knowledge and many attractive gifts for IT students who wish to develop their careers in Japan.
The program kicked off with an engaging mini-game, creating a lively atmosphere and attracting students with attractive prizes. Following that, Ms. Tran Thị Quynh Mai, Project Manager of the Japanese BrSE program, gave a detailed presentation about the Japan Bridge Engineer (BrSE) training scholarship and the tailored study path for FPT students. Notably, Ms. Mai also awarded valuable scholarships to outstanding students, providing further motivation for their journey toward building a career in the Land of the Rising Sun.
The presentation by Mr. Pham Minh Tu, Line Manager BRSE/PM at FPT Software, provided a broader perspective on the global demand for IT workforce, especially in Japan. Mr. Tu helped students clearly see the career development prospects by sharing detailed information about job positions and opportunities in the Japanese market.
During the Q&A session, students had their questions answered about job opportunities, career advancement paths, and the skills needed to confidently work in Japan. The open exchange atmosphere and the thorough responses from the speakers offered great practical value to the participating students.
The program concluded with a fun mini-game, offering valuable prizes including three Japanese language scholarships from FPT Software and a high-end gaming keyboard for the luckiest participants. The FPT Leader Talk workshop: “Preparation for Japan’s Workforce” ended on an enthusiastic note, inspiring FPT students to confidently embark on their journey to conquer the Japanese job market.
