Company Tour is one of FPT University’s signature programs, offering students the opportunity to experience the corporate environment firsthand, explore workplace culture, understand business operations, and gain insights from industry experts.
Organized by the Corporate Relations & Alumni Department of FPT University, Company Tour is a series of business visits that connect students with reputable companies. The program enables students to explore business activities, understand development strategies, and discover career opportunities aligned with their fields of study. Additionally, it provides valuable exposure to practical knowledge and direct interactions with corporate leaders, helping students gain a clearer perspective on their future career paths.
In 2024, Company Tour has successfully facilitated visits to more than 10 leading companies across various industries, including Viettel, VinAI, BASE.VN, iKAME, and FPT Software, attracting nearly 1,000 student participants. Building on this success, as part of the FPTU Career Fair 2025, two exclusive visits to YODY and Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW)—two major players in the fashion and technology sectors—will be organized this February.
The first stop of the Company Tour will be at YODY, where students will gain an in-depth understanding of its operational processes and sustainable development strategies. The visit will take place from 6:15 AM to 11:30 AM on February 26 at YODY Fashion Corporation’s headquarters, with participation limited to 85 students. Attendees will have the chance to explore YODY’s production processes, key fashion products, and corporate culture. Moreover, the program will highlight YODY’s sustainability strategy, featuring insights into its mission and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. A special session with Mr. Le Van Duy, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of YODY, will provide a deeper understanding of the role of technology in digital transformation, operational optimization, and sustainable growth in the fashion industry.
The second destination of the Company Tour will be Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), a leading provider of software solutions for autonomous vehicles, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Industry 4.0. This visit offers students the opportunity to experience cutting-edge technology and gain deeper insights into software development processes within a global tech corporation.
Scheduled from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM on February 27, the Bosch visit will accommodate approximately 80–85 students. Participants will have the chance to explore BGSW Hanoi’s innovative workspace and learn how Bosch integrates technology into real-world applications. The event will feature an introduction to Bosch’s vision, mission, and key technology areas. Additionally, the “B-Innovate” program will provide an overview of Bosch’s software development processes and career opportunities.
Students will also engage in discussions with Mr. Nguyen Tran Duc, Technical Leader, and Mr. Pham Duc Minh, Senior Software Engineer, to learn more about internship programs, recruitment opportunities, and Bosch’s groundbreaking technology projects.
Company Tour is more than just a corporate visit—it’s a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience, expand professional networks, and shape future career directions.
