FPT University provides free dormitory or public housing for staff and faculty who are traveling for work or assigned to different campuses of FPT University. The policy aims to support staff and faculty, ensuring it aligns with their income level. Provide houses for employees
FPT continues its “settle down for a stable career” policy by offering 250 apartments at FPT Plaza 3 in the FPT Technology Urban Area, Da Nang, at preferential prices for employees of FPT Software, FPT University, FPT Primary & Secondary School, FPT High School, and Hope School. This follows two successful phases, where over 400 apartments at FPT Plaza 1 and 120 apartments at FPT Plaza 2 were handed over to staff, helping nearly 800 FPT employees own their dream homes.
Financial aid for international employees
Moreover, the University provides financial aid to international employees, ranging from 3,500,000VND to 4,500,000VND a month according to Decision No. 1394/QD- DHFPT dated December 6th, 2021 Regarding the promulgation of regulations on income payment for FPT University lecturers.
“Settle Down Comfortably – Long-term Connection” Policy
In order to help employees stabilize their lives, FPT Corporation and its subsidiaries continue to implement supportive programs for employees to take out loans for purchasing houses, cars, or improving their income levels.
Specifically, instead of paying the full interest when borrowing from a bank, FPT employees will be offered an interest rate subsidy of 4% per year for bank loans up to VND 1.5 billion when buying a house, or a 6% per year interest rate for bank loans up to VND 600 million when purchasing a car.
Since October 2024, FPT University has implemented an interest rate support policy for home and car loans. To date, 12 PhD lecturers and department heads have received support under this program.
