This journey is not always smooth. We encountered many obstacles in a completely new environment. However, these challenges helped us and the OJT students at FPT Software Philippines test our endurance, learn to overcome difficulties and become more resilient. Notably, the 100% English-language learning environment made it easier for us to communicate with mentors, colleagues, and people here.
