Last week, the Alpha Hall at FPT University, Can Tho campus, hosted the talk show “Morocco – A Country of Diversity,” attended by over 400 students who came to learn and interact with Mr. Yehya Kabbali, a native of Morocco.
The kingdom of Morocco embodies the openness of indigenous Berber culture, the solemnity of Arab traditions, the romance of the Mediterranean, and the refinement of Western influences.
Although many may not have seen it firsthand, all the stunning landscapes will come to life through the storytelling of Mr. Yehya Kabbali, a Master of Translation and Intercultural Communication from Sidi Mohammed ben Abdellah University, who was born and raised in Morocco.
During the talk show, speaker Yehya Kabbali shared the diversity of language, art, cuisine, and unique aspects of Morocco that are hard to find elsewhere, such as the golden sunsets over the Sahara Desert, tree-climbing goats, wandering cats, and cities with unique royal architecture.
Mr. Kabbali also guided the students in exploring the unique aspects of Morocco’s cuisine, people, and traditions. Notably, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy mint tea—a specialty from Morocco.
