40 IT students from FPT University Hanoi had a factory tour in Denso.
During this tour, the students were briefed by Denso representatives on the establishment and development process of the company, the automotive component products at the factory, and especially the company’s “5S Model” training course. They had the opportunity to participate in a practical training session known as the “Lego Lecture”. Specifically, the “Lego Lecture” is a teaching or presentation activity where the speaker uses Lego bricks or Lego models to illustrate and visualize ideas, concepts, or complex processes. At the Denso Factory Tour, the Lego Lecture recreated an operational process in Denso’s production environment, along with real-life examples of applying the 5S Model to daily work.
Additionally, Denso representatives shared inspiring stories, job opportunities, and employee benefits. After listening to these insights, the students were taken to observe each production process in the factory firsthand.
Company tours are a regular program organized by the Business Relations and Alumni Department of FPT University. These special tours aim to provide opportunities for students to learn, experience, and explore real working environments in various large enterprises across different fields: IT, tourism, communication, marketing, etc.
These company tours are opportunities for FPT University students to gain a deeper understanding of the enterprise and the industries in which it operates. This helps them better plan their future career paths. Moreover, company tours also demonstrate FPT University’s connection with the business community, contributing to expanding students’ learning opportunities within enterprises and facilitating job placement for students upon graduation.
