On 17th October, FPT Education Global (FEG) welcomed 13 Malaysian students in BA (Hons) in Int. Architecture and 2 lecturers from UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College participated in the three-day field trip program.
The beginning of the field trip was the orientation program – a warm welcome that FEG wishes to extend to students and lectures from UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College, in addition to introducing them to the FPT University atmosphere and Vietnamese friends who would be accompanied during the program. In a friendly and close atmosphere, the orientation program was a bridge of Vietnamese – Malaysian friendship on both sides, bringing everyone closer together.
Through this experience, Malaysian students had the opportunity to visit, learn and study at Danang – the most livable city and an unusually clean and organized city of Vietnam. This beautiful place fully covered three features people often look for: mountains, beaches, and urbanization, especially with breathtaking destinations for Malaysian architecture students to drop in on. Also, Danang is one of the fastest-developed cities in Vietnam.
In addition to field trips, FPT Education Global arranged business tours and Vietnam – Malaysia cultural exchanges in order to broaden their extracurricular activities and create the most delightful and beneficial experience.
It goes without saying that field trips played an important role in enhancing knowledge and experiences for both domestic and international students.
“It is actually a very good experience for all of us who get to explore some places in Danang. I really appreciate it and am happy that I made some new friends there. The arrangement of your program is going so smoothly. It makes us feel comfortable and understand all our Vietnamese friends. At the same time, we learn about some historic buildings in a drawing activity.” – Mohamad Isyraq Bin Mohamed Ismail – a Malaysian student from UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College shared
Thus, with a 3-day field trip with a variety of adventures and activities, Malaysian students were not only imparted, but also inspired, and boost their creativity in their field of study. Hope you guys had a trip full of joy and convenience as well as more career choices in the future.
The program finished on October 20th, closing the university students’ 3-day experience in Vietnam. Via this program, FPT Education Global seeks to broaden the horizons, forge meaningful connections through innovative design, and foster friendships between Malaysian and Vietnamese students. Additionally, FEG hopes that the accomplishment of this program will sustain the long-standing partnership with UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College.
