From October 21 to October 25, FPT University Hanoi’s “Coc Ke” collaborated with the Psychology Club to host the “Silhouettes of Happiness” exhibition. This exhibition creates an emotionally immersive space for faculty, staff, and students at the university.
With the theme “Silhouettes of Happiness,” the exhibition provides a warm space for attendees to freely share thoughts on everyday happiness and practice mindfulness to dispel negative habits.
In addition to displaying over 50 stories from a writing contest of the same name, the exhibition features charming check-in spots, areas to experience mind-care activities, encourage personal happiness, and a gratitude-sharing section – a place where visitors can “slow down,” relax, and reflect on the simple joys of life.
“Peaceful” and “happy” are the words students use to describe “Silhouettes of Happiness.” Nguyen Thao Uyen, a K17 student at FPT University Hanoi, shared her thoughts after attending: “The exhibition gave me a very special feeling. I felt soothed and more at peace. The heartfelt stories and genuine words shared by others made me realize that the small things we often overlook may actually be the happiness of others. Happiness has its own way of existing in each person’s life.”
Thao Uyen expressed her hope: “I hope everyone can visit the exhibition to read and experience for themselves. Perhaps they will find warmth, comfort, or a renewed belief in happiness amid life’s challenges.”
In an increasingly fast-paced world, young people often seek “quiet” spaces where they can slow down, reflect, and savor the “silhouettes” of happiness. Organized by the Coc Ke Counseling Office in collaboration with FPT University’s Psychology Club, the “Silhouettes of Happiness” exhibition aims to offer faculty, staff, and students a brief respite from daily worries to embrace the small, simple joys of life and learn to care for their own happiness and peace of mind.
The “Silhouettes of Happiness” exhibition will remain open until October 25 in the Black Box Room, 4th floor, Beta Building, FPT University.
