The program aims to produce graduates with political awareness, professional ethics, and the capacity to meet the practical needs of society. At the same time, it equips students with essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, entrepreneurial thinking, a strong work ethic, dedication, creativity, lifelong learning, and a foundational understanding of politics, law, ethics, and scientific methodology.
The program also seeks to preserve Vietnamese cultural values and identity by incorporating courses on traditional musical instruments and Vovinam.
