Description

The objective of the Bachelor of Business Administration – Global logistics and supply chain management program of FPT University is to train students into specialists in logistics and supply chain management, managers, and entrepreneurs. Students will be equipped with all essential knowledge and skills to work in the field of logistics and supply chain and in an international working environment, or to continue into the next higher level of education.

The program consists of four main modules:
• General knowledge and skills (13 subjects – 35 credits): Provide the general knowledge of political, cultural and social issues, and all essential skills to study and work in an active and changing environment.
• Major knowledge and skills (15 subjects – 52 credits): Provide the basic knowledge of the business administration major; and all essential skills and attitudes to become specialists in the business administration field.
• Specialized knowledge and skills (11 subjects – 40 credits): Provide the general knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including planning, purchasing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, strategic and bussiness management . Equip students with all the managerial tools and the ability of independent research in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
• Elective combo (4 subjects – 12 credits for each combo): Provide knowledge and skills in 2 minors Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, and in 3 related majors Marketing, Finance and Communication and Multimedia.

Upon graduation, students can build their career in logistics and supply chain management such as planning, purchasing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, strategic and bussiness management, and start-up.
