On June 12, FPT University marked a significant achievement in the THE Impact Rankings, a global university ranking for sustainable development, by reaching the Top 101-200 in three Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 4, SDG 11, and SDG 16.
In the overall ranking, FPT University officially moved up to the top 401–600 in the THE Impact Rankings. This announcement was made at the Global Sustainable Development Congress, held from June 10–13, 2024, in Thailand, with over 3,000 delegates, including leaders and educators. In 2024, a total of 2,152 universities from 125 countries participated in the THE Impact Rankings.

The Impact Rankings, conducted by Times Higher Education (THE), are a prestigious global ranking that assesses universities based on their performance in achieving the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
In 2024, FPT University’s criteria that ranked highly in the THE Impact Rankings include SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

This is the third year FPT University has participated in the ranking, with its previous rankings being Top 801-1000 in 2022 and Top 601-800 in 2023. Achieving the 401-600 position and ranking in the Top 101-200 for specific SDGs in 2024 demonstrates FPT University’s successful advancement and confirms its strategic development and effective implementation of activities contributing to the creation of a high-quality educational environment aimed at sustainable global development.
FPT University is the only university in Vietnam with five campuses located in five major cities across the country: Hanoi, Da Nang, Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho.
