On October 17th and 21st, officials from George Mason University (the United States) and University of Technology Sydney had a visiting trip to FPT University Hanoi Campus during their business trip in Vietnam respectively.
This was also the first time that representatives of the two universities have visited FPT University with the presence of Ms. Krista Uhrig – Program Operations Manager, International Enrollment Partnerships and Mrs. Kim Viet Ngo – Project Director of Vietnam, Teresa Global LLC from GMU and Ms. Connie Cui, International Pathway Programs Manager, Mr. Thomas Wu, International Development Coordinator, UTS Business School from UTS.
On behalf of FPT University, a representative from FPT Education Global, in charge of the globalized educational strategies, welcomed GMU and discussed special cooperation programs such as Pathway Program, Faculty exchange, semester exchange, cultural exploration, etc.
During the visit, representatives of George Mason University and University of Technology Sydney experienced FPT campus tour, as well as listened to an overview of the university, core values, and development orientation of FPT Education. The in-person meeting provided an opportunity for the two parties in order to introduce, and exchange collaborative information, vision, and future orientation as well as achievements in the long run. The meeting initially fostered mutual trust and a positive impression, providing a strong basis for the growth of a long-lasting and fruitful working partnership between the two universities.

It goes without saying that in the era of global integration, the collaboration between FPT University, George Mason University, and University of Technology Sydney is crucial for providing students with high-quality training programs that adhere to international standards as well as for broadening the educational environment.
The in-person meeting was organized successfully. Second and third-year students in the field of international business at FPTU were given the chance to converse with representatives from the two institutions. Numerous inquiries from FPT students demonstrated their initiative and interest in the partner university, creating the excellent potential for collaboration between the two institutions.
