The Tet celebration series officially takes place from January 15 to 19 across five FPT University campuses nationwide. With the goal of preserving and promoting core traditional values, this annual event immerses participants in the rich cultural essence of Tet. Beyond fostering community connection, the event bridges the beauty of Vietnam’s traditions with younger generations.
This year’s standout activities include traditional village festivals at campuses in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Quy Nhon, which showcase the quintessential features of Tet. Every corner tells a cultural story through its layout, colors, flavors, and sounds, creating a harmonious yet distinctive experience. The festival provides a chance for attendees, especially the youth, to explore and experience the intersection of tradition and creativity.
At FPT University Da Nang, the Asian Tet Village Fair offers a vibrant space with 20 traditional booths, folk games, and signature Asian dishes. The highlight is the “Five-Element Fruit Tray” Contest, themed around the harmonious balance of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. This competition allows students to experience and celebrate the beauty of traditional culture through a modern, inspiring lens.
Meanwhile, the “Ty Dinh Tan Xuan” spring village at FPT University Ho Chi Minh City takes young participants back to their cultural roots. Here, they can witness the elegance of calligraphy, the charm of toy figurine crafting, and the artistry of coconut-leaf creations—simple yet intricately detailed works of art crafted by skilled artisans.
At FPT University Quy Nhon, the TET Stage music festival captures the harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity.
