Description
The objective of the Bachelor of Business Administration – International Business program of FPT University is to train students into specialists in international business, managers, and entrepreneurs. Students will be equipped with all essential knowledge and skills to work in the field of marketing and in an international working environment, or to continue into the next higher level of education.
The program consists of four main modules:
• General knowledge and skills (13 subjects – 35 credits): Provide the general knowledge of political, cultural and social issues, and all essential skills to study and work in an active and changing environment.
• Major knowledge and skills (16 subjects – 55 credits): Provide the basic knowledge of the business administration major; and all essential skills and attitudes to become specialists in the business administration field.
• Specialized knowledge and skills (10 subjects – 37 credits): Provide the general knowledge of international business, international supply chains, international finance and payment, and cultural aspects in international business. Equip students with skills including negotiation, business strategy analyses, processes and techniques in international business, and independent research in international business field.
• Elective combo (4 subjects – 12 credits for each combo): Provide in-depth knowledge and skills in two minors: International business and Logistics and Supply chain management.
Upon graduation, students can build their career in the fields of international financial analyses and investment, export and import, transportation and logistics, supply chain management, international marketing, business and procurement, and start-up.
