FPT University’s Sustainability Report 2023

FPT University (FPTU) is a private university established in 2006, under FPT Education, a member organization of FPT Corporation – the leading technology conglomerate in Vietnam. The university currently operates five campuses in five major cities: Hanoi, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho, with a student population in the tens of thousands.

FPTU has participated in the THE Impact Rankings since 2022 and has continuously risen in the rankings over the past four years, becoming one of the top Vietnamese universities demonstrating strong commitment and impactful contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This report reflects the university’s governance strategy, key performance indicators, and meaningful initiatives implemented by FPTU leadership, faculty, staff, and students to advance the SDGs.

Although FPTU is classified as an applied university, its scientific research performance has significantly risen over the past two years, earning high recognition and rankings among universities in Vietnam. FPT University students are not only equipped with the skills to be ready for global careers but are also empowered to begin entrepreneurial ventures directly while studying at the university.

“Happy University” is both the message and the goal of FPTU.
