Forbes: FPT is a representative in the fight against Covid-19

Forbes Magazine (USA) has just honored FPT Corporation as the only Vietnamese business representative on the list of Asian companies that have made outstanding contributions to the fight against Covid-19.

According to Forbes Global, in February, FPT partnered with Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and offered a chatbot that can handle 5,000 questions related to Covid-19 every day. This virtual assistant is developed based on an artificial intelligence application platform, capable of automatic, continuous real-time (24/7) answering, allowing multiple users to give questions and answers about Covid- 19.

Facing the challenges of less time and high product requirements, the engineers of the FPT Technology Department and FPT IS have focused on doubling their regular efforts to create a virtual assistant product that takes only a week to produce. The product was launched on February 14.
