Pursuant to Decision No. 1175/QĐ-BGDĐT dated April 27th, 2022 of The Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam on strengthening the Drafting Committee and Editorial Team to develop the Resolution Decree to replace Decree No. 46/2017/ND-CP dated April 21, 2017 of The Government regulates investment and operating conditions in the education sector and Decree No. 135/2018/ND-CP dated October 4, 2018 of The Government amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 46/2017/ND-CP.
