FPT University students have successfully completed their OJT period at the 4-star Astoria Plaza hotel in Manila, Philippines – a memorable OJT experience in the capital city of Manila.
At Astoria, interns will have the opportunity to work in departments such as Marketing & Communication, Sales, Reservation, and Finance. Students will rotate and experience tasks in all these departments, providing them with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of hotel operations and management processes.

Applying the On-the-Job Training model in the business sector, 100% of the university students, starting from the third year, are required to undergo an internship period ranging from 4 to 8 months at member companies and partners of the FPT Corporation. Based on the collaboration agreement between FPT University and partner companies, students will participate in projects to gain practical learning experiences and accumulate real-world expertise. This is one of the prominent competitive advantages of FPT University students in the current job market.
